WE ARE a community-based advocacy group focused on encouraging the Port and City of Bellingham to address the potential for adaptive reuse of historic buildings in the future development of Bellingham's working waterfront.
OUR GOAL is to educate ourselves, the community and elected officials about how adaptive reuse of historic buildings is an essential part of sustainable development that has long-term economic, cultural and community benefits.
WE ENCOURAGE the public to get involved by telling Port and City officials how important it is that they fully consider adaptive reuse of historic buildings in the development of the waterfront.
